Cardio Drumming
Drum for an hour of cardio fun! Who doesn't love getting their workout in while jamming to the latest hits?! Unique combinations of rhythm, drumming, and kinesthetics make for a fun-filled, high-energy workout! Supplies are available for purchase on-site if you do not already own the equipment.
MAX!
We're bringing you an hour of straight up, heart pumping, cardio activity! Using unique equipment like medicine balls, kettle bells, battle ropes, and tractor tires, this class is designed to build your muscles to their full potential! Push yourself to the max and watch your strength skyrocket!
Yoga
Yoga is a mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. It involves movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to promote mental and physical well-being.
HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training alternates short periods of intense anaerobic activity with less intense recovery periods. Our HIIT classes help you burn calories, lose weight, and build muscle.
Warrior Strength
WARRIOR Strength is a 60-minute class comprising two 30-minute sections. CARDIO COUNTDOWN follows a consistent formula that makes time fly by. With an emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning, this class is all about maximal caloric expenditure in a short amount of time. GET PUMPED is a strength-based format that will tighten, tone, lengthen, and sculpt your muscles!
